The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with helpful and pleasant staff. The room and bathroom were modern and comfortable, providing a warm and quiet environment for a good night's sleep. The location was ideal, being very close to the old center of the city and its attractions. Additionally, there was ample hand sanitizer available for hygiene purposes.
One drawback was the limited selection of trinkets in the lobby, which seemed to divert the attention of the staff during check-in, causing delays for guests. Another issue was the odd placement of the laundry facilities on only one floor, considering the size of the hotel.

This albergue is located conveniently near the castle and the old quarter, so you can easily explore these historic sites. It is also right on the Camino, making it perfect for pilgrims. The rooms are spacious and the bunk beds are well-spaced, providing a comfortable stay. The bathrooms are clean and modern, with separate areas for getting ready. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they serve a delicious breakfast in the morning.
The albergue lacks a bit of character.

Great location near the historic center and convenient online check-in. The facilities were clean and new, and the staff was friendly. I also liked that the room had air conditioning which could be controlled individually.
One minor issue was the uncomfortable bed. I was also a bit worried about disturbing the person sleeping below me while turning over on the bunk bed.

During my xmas stay, I really liked the great facilities and friendly staff at this hotel. They had wonderful amenities such as a bike wash, bike repair station, and bike stands, which was perfect for bikers like me. the laundry facilities were top-notch, making it easy for me to clean my biking gear. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, making me feel comfortable and at home right away. It was a real pleasure to stay here.
There were a couple of things that I didn't like during my stay. One of the main drawbacks was the lack of sufficient toilets.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at a property just a short walk away from the historic district and castle. The modern design and cleanliness of the dorm rooms were impressive. I especially loved the sliding walls that allowed for privacy and blocking out light. The property also had a 24-hour grocery store nearby, which was very convenient. Plus, having a coin-operated washer and dryer was a great luxury for a pilgrim like me. I highly recommend this property for its great location and amenities.

A great place to stay with everything you need. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. The location was perfect, as it was close to the Templer Castle and good dining options. The fact that the hotel had a laundry facility with plenty of drying racks was a bonus. the kitchen and dining room were well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. it was a perfect place to stay during my Christmas trip.
The traffic noise, especially at night, due to the hotel's location near a busy intersection. It could be somewhat disturbing for those who are sensitive to noise.

I was on the Camino and stayed at this modern and clean hotel. The staff was polite and English-speaking. The rooms had AC, comfy beds, and electrical outlets next to each bed. Each room had a separate shower and toilet, as well as two sinks. There was a nice kitchen and dining area, as well as a basement with a pool table, laundry room, and space for bikes. Great water pressure in the shower and a mini supermarket nearby.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
